if i run or do cardio will i lose inches in my neck again....From age most people use the words filling out for my age. Not fat at all just don't look small any more?

You can't really target a certain area to lose fat from...everyone is different and will put on fat in different spots, and they will also lose it from different spots. As far as putting on and losing weight, it is a simple equation. If you burn more calories than you consume, you will lose weight....and vice versa. As you age, your metabolism will slow down and most people become less active. The combo of those two things means your body is burning fewer calories than when you were younger. Your nutrition and calorie intake become more important to maintain "the look" you want.

Having said that, you don't sound like you are overweight or have a problem. If you continue to put on additional weight, watch what you are eating and up the exercise.

Good luck.
